Project Overview
DPWH is currently responsible for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure, especially the national highways, flood control and water resources development system, and other public works in accordance with national development objectives.

DPWH coached by the Asian Development Bank had the task to adopt the concept of Accountability to help him achieve the results targeted for 2020.
There was a need to identify how best employees of DPWH should be “lifted above the line” in order to accelerate their work and enhance cross-collaboration.
Project Activities
- The project with DPWH started in December 2015
- Around 250 managers lead by Secretary Sanson experienced the methodology during the first Accountability Conference in Manila
- Bring individual and team accountability to the leadership teams of the Department of Public Works and Highways, by applying Accountability Builder and Leadership Builder
- Strengthen Infrastructure Capacity and Innovation for inclusive Growth
