Project Overview
Merz Aesthetics is a leading, global aesthetic company, with an award-winning portfolio of injectable dermal fillers, neurotoxins and skin care products, that help health care professionals instill confidence through aesthetic medicine. Merz Aesthetics is a part of the Merz Group, a family-owned pharmaceutical company founded in 1908 and headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany.
The pursuit of new solutions and the courage to persist in innovation have been a part of their culture from the beginning and, have shaped Merz Aesthetics into the global leader it is today.
In 2022 and 2023, the organization aims to enhance the sales skills of its global sales teams, by implementing a new sales concept. DOOR International supported Merz Aesthetics achieving its strategic goals by designing world-class Train The Trainer (TTT) workshops, which are helping embed the new sales concept throughout the organization.

Project Activities
In order to enable the sales consultants to become true ambassadors for the new sales methodology, we conducted a train-the-trainer program. The program is based on highly interactive workshops, role-play exercises and personalized coaching sessions. DOOR worked closely with Merz Aesthetics to identify the key areas of focus and tailor the program to meet their specific needs. The program was delivered in multiple languages, ensuring that all sales representatives across different regions could participate.
At DOOR, ‘Train The Trainer’ quips learners with a strong foundation in proven facilitation and training techniques that are balanced between theory and practice. Through the demonstration of best practices and latest techniques in training design, development, and delivery, the program adopts a highly practical approach and provides a comprehensive overview of the entire training domain.

Project’s Results
The program helped standardize the selling approach across different regions, enhancing the focus on the client and ensuring the messaging was consistent and effective.
